Our total Home Management Services was developed for those who are no longer capable of handling their own yard work, such as cutting grass, weeding the flowerbeds, or planting seasonal flowers, preparing their homes for storms, checking their mail, or overseeing repairs. Additionally, we can provide Home Management Services for secondary homes in the same manner. It is a very economical solution to a potentially growing problem.
- Cut grass
We can coordinate to have your grass cut at regular intervals, and with your individual specifications.
- Weeding
We can coordinate weeding of your flower beds and other miscellaneous yard work at regular intervals, based upon your individual specifications.
- Planting Seasonal Plants
To keep your home as lovely as you have, we can coordinate planting of seasonal plants based on your specifications.
- Holiday decorations
We offer holiday decorations for your home, with as little or as much as you specify. If your usual decorations are too much for you to handle, we will meet with you to discuss your specific requirements and take care of it for you.
- Storm preparation
Living on the gulf coast, we are riddled with storms and floods. If you do not live near your loved ones, or you have a home in Baldwin and Mobile Counties that is not your primary home, we can prepare your weatherize home for impending storms or floods. We will meet with you to discuss your individual needs and make sure your home is prepared for impending inclement weather. After the storm has passed, we will inspect your home for damage and inform you of repairs that should be made. After storm preparations will be discussed for following your instructions.
- Regular home walk-thru inspection
Do you have a home in Baldwin or Mobile Counties that is not your primary residence? Do you need someone to regularly check your home to insure that it is maintained in the way you want? Are you away from home and need us to periodically check on your home? We can discuss your specific needs and devise a plan that unique to your situation.
